Veterinarians within the UK can request to be invoiced for the products they order. Accounts must be settled within 30 days of the date of ordering.
Veterinarians who are overseas must pay at the time of ordering, unless you have a special arrangement with us.
We will try to despatch your order within 24hrs (Monday to Friday).
Delivery within the UK
Parcels over 1kg are sent by Parcelforce using a 48hr service (2 working days). You should receive your parcel within 4/5 working days of ordering. If you have not received it within 7 days, then please contact us so that we can trace the progress of your parcel with Parcelforce. Orders less than 1kg are usually sent by Royal Mail, 1st Class.
If you require next working day delivery please contact us, as this option may be available at an additional charge.
