Deliveries within the UK

Deliveries within the UK are undertaken by Parcelforce (for orders in excess of 1kg) and Royal Mail (for lighter orders). Parcels sent with Royal Mail are sent "1st Class" and delivery times will vary with the efficiency of the postal service, but next day delivery is not uncommon. England and Wales

The standard service with Parcelforce is their "two-working day" service. In more remote areas (Central Wales, parts of Devon and Cornwall, Isle of Wight) of the country this may take three working days.

A 'next working delivery'' option is available to all parts of England and Wales at an additional charge of £2.75. If you wish to choose that option please click here. Please note that orders must be received before 2pm the previous working day

'Southern' Scotland

The standard service with Parcelforce is their "two-working day" service.
In more remote areas (AB30-31, AB33-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, AB63, DD8-10, FK8-3, FK16-17, FK21, TD15-2, PH10-11, PH13-14) of the country this will probably take three working days.

A 'next working day' delivery option is available to parts of Scotland not listed above, or below in the 'Highlands and Islands' section. Scottish 'Highlands and Islands', Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands

This region is defined as addresses with the following postcodes: BT, GY, IM, IV, HS, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE

If you live in this region please choose "Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland" when completing the shop. The postage prices shown will be correct.

The prices are higher than for 'mainland UK' due to a Parcelforce surcharge. We apologise for this but we will do our best to find ways of delivering to you more cheaply (using Royal Mail where possible etc).

Parcels over 1.5kg will be sent with Parcelforce at a cost of £10, and should be delivered in two or three working days.

Next working-day delivery

Parcels over 1kg are sent using Parcelforce two-working day service (delivery times apply only to UK addresses and exclude postcodes listed above). They can be sent using a "next working day" delivery service at an additional charge of £2.75 (this applies to the UK only and excludes those post-codes listed above). Orders must be received before 2pm on the working day prior to the working day on which you require delivery. Next day delivery is not possible to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scilly Isles. We cannot guarantee next day delivery of lighter orders as they are sent with Royal Mail. Please contact us if you require further clarification of when your order will be delivered.

Deliveries Overseas

Deliveries overseas are undertaken by Parcelforce within the UK and a local courier in the destination country. Delivery times will usually be 2 -7 working days, but can vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If you require a quote for large amount, or further information on deliveries overseas, please contact us.

Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg

Please note that Harrison's Bird Foods, AVIx and HEALx products cannot be sold to customers in The Netherlands. Please contact Avian Healthcare Company to order these items.
